Warren Technology Integrated Solutions, LLC, a sister company to Warren Technology, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Buren & Company, LLC to increase the the technology service offerings to both entities' respective client bases. The combined Telecom and IT outsourcing companies can now provide complete voice, data and video network solutions. The acquisition was facilitated by Kurt Reibling at bCatalyst Advisors, LLC.
Under the umbrella of Warren Technology, the new combined entity will provide an array of telecommunication and information technology services ranging from communication cabling to telephone, security, and computer network systems.

Mr. Warren will serve as CEO of the combined companies, brining a long history of technology experience to meet the needs of the Louisville market. Mr. Warren has been in the cabling infrastructure and telecom industry for over 20 years. Mr. Buren will serve as CIO. Mr. Buren has been involved with IT services for over 35 years. Prior to starting Buren & Company, he was one of the founders and Executive Vice President of Dataguard/ Strategia, an international publicly traded IT company based in Louisville. Datagaurd/ Strategia provided mainframe disaster recovery services at data centers in the US and France and contingency planning for many fortune 500 Corporations, State Governments, and Universities.
